Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC seeks an Associate Proposal Manager to support federal proposals from kickoff through submission. You will partner with Capture Managers, business leaders, technical contributors, and proposal teams to ensure compliance and high-quality submissions.

This entry-level role offers training and mentorship (Shipley-based processes and APMP certification) to prepare you for progression to Proposal Manager, with exposure to deadlines, schedules, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years supporting proposals, capture, or related deadline-driven role.
• Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with FAR solicitations and proposal development best practices.
• Familiarity with schedules, compliance matrices, and outlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
• Willingness to obtain APMP Foundation within 180 days.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage development of assigned federal proposals from kickoff through submission.
• Develop compliant outlines aligned with instructions and strategy.
• Build schedules, compliance matrices, and cross-reference tools.
• Analyze requirements and translate into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with Capture Managers, leaders, and contributors on messaging.
• Coordinate proposal support across Finance, Contracts, HR, IT, Security, Legal, and others.
• Support reviews and ensure comments are tracked and incorporated.
• Ensure final proposals are compliant and aligned across volumes.
• Partner with production resources for formatting and submission.
• Identify risks and schedule challenges; drive process improvements.
