This entry-level role offers mentorship (Shipley-based processes and APMP certification) and exposure to proposal management, with a focus on attention to detail and deadline-driven execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting proposals, capture, contracts, or related deadline-driven role.
• Familiarity with FAR-based solicitations (e.g., Section L/M) and proposal development best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of assigned federal proposals from kickoff through submission.
• Develop compliant proposal outlines aligned with instructions and strategy.
• Build and maintain proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and cross-reference tools.
• Analyze solicitation requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Incorporate win themes and strategic messaging into proposal content and graphics.
