Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex communications projects for U.S. federal civil and law enforcement clients. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while keeping customers satisfied and aligning with PMBOK principles.

Travel of 25-50% is required, with a remote-friendly setup for continental U.S. applicants. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of PM experience or 5+ years in related fields, plus PM certifications (PMP/CAPM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• PM Masters Certificate or PMP preferred.
• Minimum three years of project/program management experience.
• Ability to obtain security clearance for government contracts.

Responsabilités

• Lead large or complex project segments from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regularly.
• Monitor quality, cost, and time constraints across projects.
• Manage resources and action items to meet objectives.
