Job summary

Trilogy Federal is seeking a Program Manager with federal project management experience to support a large federal agency with focus on systems, process improvement, modernization, change management, and training management initiatives.

The role is remote with occasional meetings in Washington, D.C. You will lead an integrated team, manage client challenges, and deliver high-quality services and end products while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• 10+ years of healthcare experience in federal consulting, government, or commercial healthcare.
• 6+ years supporting a large corporation or government agency.
• PMP certification.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to interface with end-users and client stakeholders across the organization.
• Self-starter able to work independently and within a team.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings between client staff, delivery managers and solution architects.
• Attend and provide inputs during management review meetings with status updates.
• Develop and maintain product management artifacts and weekly reports.
• Support documentation and maturation of management processes with business leaders and development teams.
• Contribute to Trilogy corporate initiatives for staff development and growth.
• Mentor and coach junior staff for career growth and development.
• Occasional travel may be required.
