Job summary

GuidePoint Security, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead federal cybersecurity programs, from planning through execution, with direct interaction with CISOs and executives. You will coordinate multi-functional teams, oversee budgets and schedules, and deliver executive briefings and status updates.

Must have an active TS/SCI clearance and extensive experience managing large, security-focused programs in the public sector.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required for consideration.
• 12+ years of direct Project Management experience.
• 12+ years managing a technical team in Cyber Security/Operations.
• 7+ years managing a Program with 10+ people.
• 7+ years in public sector/DOD/IC contract management.
• PMI PMP, Security+, and CSM certifications required.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain contract and project plans with budgets and schedules.
• Lead subcontract engineering teams and coordinate with prime contract holders.
• Guide multi-functional teams and align business strategy across stakeholders.
• Deliver briefings and status updates to senior government stakeholders and CISOs.
• Oversee vendor selection, scope, and performance management.
• Direct rollout of new functionality to multiple agencies with SOPs and training.
