Job summary

GuidePoint Security in the Washington, DC area seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead federal cybersecurity programs, align strategy with stakeholders, and manage budgets and schedules. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, guide vendor selection, and deliver briefings to CISOs and senior government leaders.

This role requires active TS/SCI clearance, 12+ years of PM experience, PMP, Security+, and CSM certifications, with a proven track record in DOD/IC contracts, and strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 12+ years of direct project management experience and 12+ years leading technical teams in Cyber Security or Operations.
• 7+ years managing programs with 10+ people and public sector/DOD/IC Contracts.
• PM, Security+, and CSM certifications required; ITIL awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain contract and project plans with budgets and schedules.
• Lead cross-functional cyber security teams delivering projects.
• Oversee subcontract and vendor management across prime/subcontractors.
• Deliver briefings to senior government stakeholders, CISOs, and executives.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
