Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance Program Manager to lead a large federal cybersecurity program onsite in the Washington DC metro area. You will oversee enterprise security operations, governance, risk management, compliance, authorization, continuous monitoring, and cyber engineering activities while coordinating with COR, GPM, and government leadership.

The role requires 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity leadership, 5+ years managing large

Qualifications

Active and maintained SECRET clearance required.
10+ years leading cybersecurity programs.
5+ years managing large federal cybersecurity contracts.
Experience interfacing with COR, GPM, and senior govt leadership.
Strong knowledge of RMF, FISMA, NIST SP 800 series.
Proven ability to deliver on schedule, scope, and budget.
DoD IAM Level III preferred; CSSP Manager certification.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client-facing lead for the cybersecurity program, managing relationships with executive stakeholders and government leadership.
Act as the contractor's authorized representative for programmatic, operational, technical, staffing, and contractual matters.
Provide leadership and management of program personnel, subcontractors, and resources.
Formulate and enforce work standards, procedures, and metrics across all contract activities.
Oversee staffing plans, workforce utilization, and performance management.
Plan and oversee multiple cybersecurity initiatives to meet schedule, scope, and budget.
