Leidos is seeking a Classification Specialist to support the FAA by providing position classification, job description development, and advisory services. The role is virtual with work within the United States.

The successful candidate will apply federal classification standards, develop audit reports, and ensure consistency across organizational structures. Qualifications include a BA in HR or 8+ years in HR staffing, MS Office proficiency, and federal HR experience.

Qualifications

• BA in Human Resources, or closely related field; or a minimum of 8 years of staffing or HR experience.
• 8 years of progressively responsible staffing, talent acquisition, or related HR experience.
• MS Office Suite proficiency.
• Federal Government Staffing or HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides position classification and evaluation support to Lines of Business and Staff Offices.
• Develops job descriptions and classifies positions per applicable standards.
• Advises managers on how to design positions for a complex organization.
• Maintains classification accuracy and consistent interpretation of standards.
