Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide position classification and evaluation support to Lines of Business and Staff Offices.
• Develop job descriptions and classify positions per applicable standards.
• Implement standardized position descriptions for varied occupations.
• Advise managers on how to design positions for complex structures.
• Maintain classification accuracy and consistency in applying standards.
• Assist with position reviews and desk audits to assess pay plan, title, and grade.
• Prepare audit reports and provide guidance on policy application.
