Job summary

Maximus is seeking a remote Solutions Analyst to support the Federal Health market. You will act as a bridge between growth, technology, and operations, synthesizing input to craft credible, fast-turn responses to RFIs, RFPs, briefs and white papers.

The role emphasizes engaging with customers, coordinating with SMEs, and guiding technology transitions while leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and content development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an early point of coordination for fast-turn customer information requests (data calls, sources sought, capability statements, quick-turn questions).
• Triage incoming requests with Growth and Technology teams to drive on-time, quality responses.
• Maintain a working library of reusable content, past responses, and approved messaging on eligibility & enrollment, clinical/care management, interoperability, and health IT modernization.
• Translate technical capabilities into customer-friendly language for briefings, white papers, and proposal content.
