Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Solutions Analyst to support the National Security market, acting as a bridge between growth, technology, and operations. The role emphasizes turning fast-turn information requests into credible, differentiated responses for DoD, DHS, and IC customers.

You will draft white papers, RFIs/RFPs, and capability statements, engage with customers, and collaborate with growth and technology teams to accelerate proposals while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.
5 years of experience with customer engagement, white papers, RFI/RFP responses, and proposal support.
U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain security clearance may be required.
Experience with national security markets (DoD, IC, DHS) preferred.
Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as an early point of coordination for fast-turn customer information requests (data calls, sources sought, capability statements, quick-turn questions).
Triage incoming requests, identify the right internal contributors, and drive them to an on-time, quality response.
Maintain a working library of reusable content, past responses, and approved messaging on technology-centered capabilities and solutions relevant to National Security markets.
