Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Mission Technology Champion – Federal Health for a remote, full-time role. The candidate will serve as a solutions analyst, synthesizing input across growth, technology, and operations to produce credible, fast-turn responses for CMS, HRSA, VA, HHS, and state Medicaid programs.

Responsibilities include white papers, RFIs, and proposal support, with strong customer engagement and AI-enabled productivity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5 years of experience with customer engagement, white paper development, RFI/RFP responses, and proposal support.
Experience in or with federal health markets preferred.
Proven ability to engage directly with customers and present credibly.
Strong technical writing skills for white papers and proposals.
Excellent verbal communication for briefings and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate fast-turn customer information requests within the Federal Health market.
Draft and co-author white papers, RFIs, RFP responses, and concept papers.
Support RFP development with inputs from SMEs and ensure consistency across volumes.
Engage with customers to understand priorities and translate inputs for growth, technology, and operations teams.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and content production.
