Maximus is seeking a Solutions Analyst to partner with stakeholders, drive operational improvements, support solution design, and develop innovative strategies that enhance program performance. This remote role offers opportunities to work with operations, pricing, technology, and SMEs to translate client needs into practical solution components.

You will build scalable analytical assets, dashboards, and templates while maintaining knowledge repositories for future initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Experience in government health and human services or similar public-sector environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support Solution Leads by producing analyses, models, forecasts, and documentation for complete, compliant solutions.
• Maintain volumetric models, workload forecasts, staffing calculations, and operational demand projections.
• Quantify solution impacts, ROI, value realization, and operational implications for decision-making.
• Evaluate alternative solution approaches via structured analysis and scenario modeling.
• Document assumptions, data sources, calculations, constraints, risks, and dependencies.
