Maximus is seeking a Solutions Analyst to support Federal Civilian initiatives, bridging growth, technology, and operations. This remote role emphasizes customer engagement, rapid-turn information requests, and producing compelling white papers, RFIs, and RFP inputs for agencies like GSA, IRS, SSA, FDA, and Treasury.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in federal civilian or related sectors.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Strong technical writing skills with demonstrated ability to produce white papers, RFIs, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fast-turn information requests and synthesize inputs from SMEs to deliver customer-ready content.
• Draft and co-author white papers, RFI responses, and concept papers.
• Support capability demonstrations, briefings, and proposals for federal civilian customers.
