Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Solutions Analyst to support Federal Civilian initiatives, acting as a bridge between growth, technology, and operations. This remote role focuses on turning customer input into credible, differentiated responses, including capability statements and RFP/RFI content.

Qualified candidates will have 7–10 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to engage customers, draft white papers, and collaborate with federal agencies.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong track record in customer engagement, white papers, RFIs/RFPs, and proposal support.

Responsibilities

• Architectural integrity of the program; balance technical and business needs.
• Guide business/technical solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Provide design, prototypes, and support for service-based enterprise architecture.
• Lead enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, and documentation.
• Engage in technical sessions with SMEs and translate inputs into solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to tailor solutions.
• Support training and adoption to ensure successful implementation.
• Communicate with stakeholders and coach technical staff.
