Job summary

Syntasa is seeking a Director, Federal Capture & Growth to drive strategic growth across U.S. federal agencies, including defense, intelligence, and civilian sectors.

This full-time remote role leads end-to-end capture activities from opportunity identification and qualification through proposal development and post-award growth planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and managing a federal opportunity pipeline, shaping pursuits with customer stakeholders, creating capture and win

Qualifications

• Experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
• Sales experience in the federal sector including opportunity capture, pipeline management, and customer relationship development.
• Project management to lead complex, multi-stakeholder capture and proposal efforts from initiation through completion.
• Business development to identify new federal opportunities, shape requirements, and drive long-term account growth.
• Marketing acumen to collaborate on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for federal agencies.
• Extensive experience with U.S. federal government customers; familiarity with defense, intelligence, or civilian agency procurement processes.
• Track record of leading or significantly contributing to successful federal bids and multi-year growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage technical, business, and mission stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.

Responsibilities
