Job summary

The Kenjya-Trusant Group, LLC is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee negotiation, management and administration of federal contracts, primarily supporting the MPO. This is a full-time role based in the Washington DC metropolitan area with remote work options for local candidates.

Candidates must have U.S. citizenship, a BA/BS with 6+ years of federal contracts experience, and strong skills in negotiation, regulatory compliance (FAR/DFARS), and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• BA/BS with 6+ years of federal contracts management experience.
• Experience with multiple contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, etc.).
• Experience with Unanet is required.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS and IC contracting regulations.
• Proven negotiation experience on pricing, terms, and subcontractor agreements.
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, review and execute federal contracts, RFPs, RFQs, NDAs, teaming agreements, task orders and subcontracts.
• Build and manage relationships with Government Contracting Officers.
• Collaborate with program management, finance, legal and business development teams.
• Negotiate and administer contracts with Intelligence Community customers.
• Ensure program compliance and assess need for modifications or extensions.
