Job summary

ZenPoint Solutions LLC is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead our contracts function in a hybrid role based in McLean, VA. The position reports to the CEO and partners with Strategic Growth and Finance to support government contracting activities.

The role requires 6–8 years of federal contracting experience, strong FAR/DFARS knowledge, and the ability to obtain/maintain an active security clearance. Eligible candidates will manage lifecycle contracts and support proposals and audits.

Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 6–8 years of federal government contracting with contract administration.
• In-depth knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
• Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms with government agencies and commercial teammates.
• Familiarity with federal portals.
• Strong written and verbal communication in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts function: administration, negotiations, and compliance.
• Advise leadership on contractual obligations, compliance requirements, risks, and negotiation considerations.
• Develop and implement contract management processes, templates, and best practices.
• Partner with BD and senior leadership in pursuit of proposals and contract changes.
• Review, create, and negotiate prime contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, MOUs, and reps & certs.
• Ensure compliance with terms, reporting requirements, and flow-downs including subcontract compliance.
• Draft correspondence to Contracting Officers and other contacts for review and approval.
• Maintain audit-ready contract files and support audits.
