Qualifications

• U.S. citizen required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6–8 years of federal government contracting experience.
• Deep knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Ability to negotiate favorable terms with government agencies and commercial teammates.
• Familiarity with federal portals (e.g., SAM.gov, eSRS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracts function, advising on administration, negotiations, and compliance.
• Review, create, and negotiate prime/subcontract agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, flow-downs, and audit readiness; support regulatory reporting.
• Support capture and proposals; advise on contract types and pricing risks.
• Collaborate with back-office teams on contract interpretation and closeout.
