Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Federal Civilian Account Manager to drive revenue growth within U.S. Civilian Agencies, engaging with C-level executives to architect and close complex $1M+ enterprise solutions.

This hunter-focused role targets expanding our cybersecurity footprint and securing critical infrastructure across federal agencies. You will lead strategic solution selling, collaborate with federal channel partners and system integrators, and travel up to 50% to meet clients and partners, ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success selling enterprise software, hardware, or cybersecurity services directly into the U.S. Federal Civilian market.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to engage with clients and partners.
• Location in or near Tyson's Corner, VA area.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed revenue quotas by expanding Trellix's footprint within existing accounts and hunting for net-new business opportunities.
• Pipeline Generation: Cultivate a robust pipeline equal to or greater than 3x your assigned quota.
• Executive Engagement: Build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with senior Federal Civilian executives, including C-Level leadership.
• Deal Architecture: Lead and close complex enterprise software, hardware, and professional services contracts valued at $1M+.
• Accurate Forecasting: Maintain rigorous sales hygiene with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting across Commit, Upside, and Pipeline.
• Strategic Solution Selling: Analyze agency missions and pain points to position Trellix's security portfolio competitively.
• Channel Ecosystem Leverage: Partner with federal channel partners, system integrators, and internal teams to accelerate the sales cycle.
