Job summary

LMI seeks a Technical Product Owner to take Cadence from pilot to scalable federal product. You will own the full lifecycle, set vision, architecture, pricing, ROI, and drive customer demos to win business.

You will lead a small Sales Engineering team, translate customer needs into epics and requirements, and shape deployment and integration strategies across DoD and civilian agencies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management or ownership for software products.
• Own a product from discovery through delivery, adoption, and growth.
• Strong product judgment and user empathy for government programs.
• Experience leading agile teams, managing backlogs and roadmaps.
• Commercial instinct: value proposition, ROI, pricing, and demos.
• Technical fluency to lead architecture discussions with engineers.
• Familiarity with RMF, FedRAMP, DoD security requirements.
• Ability to operate autonomously in an early-stage environment.
• Eligibility for U.S. government security clearance; Secret preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Cadence from pilot to market-ready product with roadmap and success metrics.
• Lead a small technical team within Sales Engineering.
• Translate customer needs into epics, stories, technical requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Define deployment and integration considerations across environments and platforms.
• Lead product demos and technical discussions with customers to show value.
