Eaton is seeking a Product Owner for Cloud to lead the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the EFE (Eaton Federal Enclave), a secure, CMMC-aligned environment for regulated U.S. government programs.

This role interfaces with Cloud Engineering, Cybersecurity/GRC, and managed service partners. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT product ownership, strong Jira, Agile experience, and a proven ability to align security requirements with program priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in IT Product Ownership and/or Technology Program Management.
• Previous experience with IT vendor management and/or third-party managed services.
• Experience with Jira backlog grooming, prioritization, roadmap development, quarterly planning, and Agile methodologies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which may be subject to ITAR. All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
• No relocation assistance is offered for this position. Only candidates within 50 miles of the work location will be considered.

Aufgaben

• Roadmap & Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the EFE roadmap and backlog across Azure Government infrastructure, identity and access management, virtual terminals, and collaboration tools.
• Site Rollouts & Readiness: Plan and coordinate site onboarding, user training, deployment readiness, and adoption with program managers and site leaders.
• Compliance & Governance: Coordinate with GRC and Cybersecurity to align with CMMC and NIST requirements, including SSP, POA&M, policies, and remediation.
• Access & Entitlements: Oversee user account and virtual terminal request processes and approvals.
• Vendor & Managed Service Management: Define and maintain RACI, SOWs, service expectations, and accountability with partners.
• Boundary Protection: Evaluate new tools and integrations for data-separation and security risks before approval.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide updates to IT and business leadership and represent EFE priorities in planning.
