Ladders is seeking a Technical Product Owner to join a leader in the Business Services space. This role owns the strategy and execution of federal digital products, from concept through deployment and growth, partnering with engineering, customers and stakeholders to turn operational challenges into scalable modernization solutions. Location: Remote.

Compensation: $145,000 – $220,000 annually. You will shape technical direction, deployment readiness and compelling business cases that align

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in technical product management or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and operational challenges.
• Experience leading agile teams and managing product backlogs.
• Commercial awareness with experience in business development and ROI estimation.
• Technical fluency to engage in architecture and integration discussions.
• Familiarity with federal software deployment and security requirements.

This role will own the strategy and execution of digital products supporting federal mission needs, from concept through deployment and growth. You will partner closely with engineering, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn operational challenges into scalable solutions that improve modernization outcomes. The position also plays a key role in shaping technical direction, deployment readiness, and business cases that align product value with customer needs.
