Job summary

Concept Solutions, LLC is seeking a Product Owner to lead a mission-critical DoD application modernization program. You will own the product backlog, prioritize features across four gated phases, and ensure Agile delivery aligns with government objectives.

This remote role requires 5+ years of product ownership or business analysis experience for enterprise web apps, plus an Active Secret clearance and background in identity management or case-management systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or business analysis for enterprise web applications.
• Experience delivering Agile software solutions to federal government customers.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Experience with identity management, workflow systems, or case-management applications.

Responsibilities
