Job summary

Omm IT Solutions seeks a Federal Acquisition Program Liaison to serve as the critical bridge between FTA Program Offices and the Office of Acquisition Management (TAD-40). This role works under general oversight to ensure program acquisition packages are compliant, properly funded, and aligned with federal procurement standards prior to formal submission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or higher with 5+ years federal acquisition/liaison experience.
• FAC-C Level II or equivalent certification.
• Hands-on familiarity with FAR Parts 12, 13, 15, 37, 43; GSAR 538.71; GSA MRAS; PRISM; SharePoint and CRM tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills to coordinate technical experts, CORs, and Contracting Officers without conflicts.
• Proficient in MS Teams, MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Guide program managers and CORs through PR package development with compliant supporting documents.
• Review acquisition packages, D&Fs, J&A, and Exception to Fair Opportunity statements before submission.
• Assist program offices with IGCEs, market research (MRAS), and source selection criteria.
• Track contract funding levels, monitor milestones, and maintain central status spreadsheets.
