Grey Street Consulting, LLC is seeking an Acquisition Liaison to support the Department of Transportation (FTA) on a remote, full-time basis. The role involves cradle-to-grave procurement support, package preparation, and compliance monitoring.

Qualifications include a BA/BS plus 5 years in federal acquisitions, FAR proficiency, and experience with IDIQ/BPAs. Candidates should be comfortable with on-site days if required and able to collaborate with CORs and program offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science with at least 5 years of relevant acquisition experience.
• Experience with FAR-based procurements and various contract types.
• Knowledge of IDIQ, BPAs, task orders and market research tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports acquisition processes for DOT/FTA contracts from cradle to grave.
• Reviews and drafts procurement packages and contract documentation.
• Assists in market research, IGCE preparation, and evaluation criteria development.
• Maintains contract files and supports closeout activities as needed.
• Coordinates with CORs and program offices to ensure compliance and timely deliverables.
