Job summary

Grey Street Consulting, LLC is seeking an Acquisition Liaison to support DOT/FTA, performing in a remote capacity with potential on-site requirements for staff as needed. The role requires MS Office proficiency, FAR knowledge, and experience across the acquisition lifecycle.

You will work under COR oversight, preparing acquisition documents, evaluating proposals, and advising program offices on contract strategy while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 5 years of relevant experience and FAR familiarity.
• Experience handling acquisitions across FAR Subparts and contract types (FFP, Cost Reimbursable, LH, T&M).
• Proven ability to develop acquisition plans, PR packages, and IGCEs, with strong writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support two acquisition divisions within FTA from cradle to grave.
• Prepare PR packages and supporting documents for contracting systems.
• Review contracts for compliance with laws, regulations and policies.
• Develop acquisition plans, SOW/SOO/PWS and market research reports.
• Assist with IGCE development and cost/price analyses.
• Coordinate with technical experts and contracting offices to reflect milestones in contracts.
