Job summary

TSS is seeking an Acquisition Liaison to provide cradle‑to‑grave acquisition support across two FTA divisions. This role requires subject matter expertise in federal procurement, hands‑on experience with FAR‑based acquisitions, and the ability to work closely with program offices, CORs, and Contract Specialists to develop, review, track, and administer complex contractual actions.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years’ federal acquisitions experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in federal acquisitions.
• Experience with FAR-based procurements and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle-to-grave acquisition support across two FTA divisions.
• Assist with development of acquisition plans, SOWs, and market research.
• Review and track contracts for compliance and accurate documentation.
• Prepare IGCEs and support source selection criteria development.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with CORs, Contract Specialists, and program staff.
• Utilize PRISM and e-Government tools to prepare contractual actions.
