Job summary

Caladwich Consulting LLC is seeking an Acquisition Liaison to provide federal acquisition support to the FTA's Office of Acquisition Management. The role focuses on developing documentation, market research, cost estimates, and coordinating requirements across the procurement lifecycle.

You will work with program offices, CORs, and SMEs to prepare packages, assess contracts, and review procurement actions. The position allows primarily remote work with potential on-site at FTA Headquarters in

Qualifications

Bachelor degree with at least five years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience using the FAR to support procurements.
Experience with cradle-to-grave acquisition requirements.
Knowledge of IDIQ, BPAs, task and purchase orders.
Experience with FFP, Cost Reimbursable, Labor Hour, and T&M.
Knowledge of MRAS and other market research tools.

Responsibilities

Provide federal acquisition subject matter expertise.
Assist with purchase requests and documentation for contracting systems.
Review packages for compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
Develop acquisition documentation with CORs and other subject matter experts.
Assist with Independent Government Cost Estimates and market research reports.
Track contract funding levels and coordinate information with CORs and Contract Specialists.
Attend program and acquisition meetings to communicate with personnel.
