Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and/or 8 years of relevant contracting experience.
• Senior-level federal acquisition knowledge and FAC Level III training/experience.
• Knowledge of Government contracts including FFP, Fixed Price with Economic Adjustments, LH, and T&M.

Responsibilities

• Support FTA program officials, CORs, and COs with cradle-to-grave procurement actions.
• Provide senior-level acquisition expertise for service and commercial requirements.
• Apply knowledge of federal acquisition processes, laws, regulations, procurement methods, and contract strategies.
• Review, proofread, and edit acquisition documents for clarity and accuracy.
• Analyze data supporting pre-award and post-award actions; coordinate missing information.
• Assist with entry of contractual actions into ESC PRISM and related systems.
• Perform data verification and quality assurance for federal reporting requirements.
• Maintain status updates and acquisition tracking using electronic tools.
• Assist with contracts, task orders, and related administration including invoicing and modifications.
