Job summary

Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI) seeks a Federal Acquisition Support Manager to join the PMO Support team supporting the VA Loan Guaranty product line. The role emphasizes contract administration, deliverable tracking, and coordination with CORs and government stakeholders.

You will draft PWS sections, support IGCEs, manage contract actions, and ensure compliance with FAR/VAAR. Proficiency with Jira, SharePoint, and MS Office is expected, along with strong communication across diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 8 years total experience with 5+ years in federal acquisition and contract management, preferably IT.
• FAC-C or FAC-COR certifications required.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, VAAR, and government budgeting lifecycles.
• Experience supporting IGCEs, contract modifications, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Support contract administration for VA LGY initiatives.
• Lead development of procurement packages across the acquisition lifecycle.
• Monitor monthly contract deliverables and coordinate approvals with government authorities.
• Serve as contract-management resource for COR team and stakeholders.
• Facilitate contract status meetings with VA leadership, program managers, CORs, COs, and budget personnel.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and milestone tracking.
