Job summary

BridgePhase, LLC is seeking a Federal Acquisition Support Manager to bolster the LGY Product Line within the BAM PMO Support project. This remote role focuses on contract administration, COR support, and cross-functional coordination across government and IT contractor teams.

You will monitor deliverables, facilitate reviews, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with FAR/VAAR, while leveraging Jira and SharePoint for project tracking.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of total professional experience with 5+ years in federal acquisition and contract management.
• Experience supporting COR functions and IT modernization programs.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and VAAR concepts and government budgeting lifecycles.
• Experience coordinating IGCE with budget/finance teams.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into contract actions in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support contract administration activities for federal contracts and task orders.
• Monitor monthly deliverables, coordinate reviews, and verify contractual alignment.
• Serve as primary contract-management resource for COR team and stakeholders.
• Lead contract status meetings with VA leadership, program managers, and contractors.
• Coordinate funding tracking across CLINs and help budget planning.
• Draft and review PWS sections, J&A, and acquisition documentation; support IGCE processes.
• Apply FAR/VAAR knowledge to evolving program needs and resolve issues.
