Job summary

Far West Federal Holding, LLC seeks a Contracts Management Analyst to provide full lifecycle contract management support for the DHN PR Support Operations Team. You will guide COR program development, advise on acquisition planning, and coordinate with clinical, technical, contracting, and admin stakeholders across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• DAWIA Level II (Contracting) or FAC C certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with establishing and executing the DHN PR COR program, including structure, goals, and metrics.
• Develop standardized COR processes, templates, and SOPs for consistency and compliance across facilities.
• Serve as a contract management subject matter resource to leadership and CORs on complex matters.
• Track COR appointments and maintain program records.
• Help establish a mentorship program for CORs.
• Collaborate to evaluate and improve contract management processes.
• Advise on acquisition strategies, procurement methods, and planning for complex requirements.
• Assist in developing acquisition documents including PWS, QASPs, and IGCEs.
• Schedule meetings, publish minutes, and track actions.
• Maintain documentation in approved formats and repositories (SharePoint/Teams).
