BridgePhase LLC is seeking a Federal Acquisition Support Manager to join the BAM PMO Support team. The role focuses on contract administration for the VA Loan Guaranty Service product line and coordinating acquisitions across government and IT contractors.

You will monitor deliverables, manage documentation in Jira and SharePoint, draft acquisitions artifacts, and provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring FAR/VAAR compliance.

Formación

• 8+ years total professional experience with 5+ years in federal acquisition, contract management, COR support, and/or federal program/PMO support, preferably IT modernization projects.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and VAAR; familiarity with government budgeting and procurement lifecycles.
• Experience with IT modernization projects and coordinating across budget/finance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support a Government Program team in contract administration activities for federal contracts and task orders.
• Monitor monthly contract deliverables; coordinate review, disposition, and approval by Government authorities.
• Serve as a primary contract-management resource for the COR team, providing guidance to internal teams and Government stakeholders.
• Lead recurring contract status meetings with VA leadership, program managers, CORs, COs, budget personnel, and contractor personnel.
• Coordinate with budget/finance to track contract funding across CLINs and support budget actions.
• Maintain contract documentation, acquisition records, meeting minutes, and milestone tracking.
• Draft and coordinate contract and acquisition documentation; support IGCE development.
• Translate program and technical requirements into procurement-ready artifacts.
