U.S. Federal Solutions, Inc. (USFS) seeks a Mid-Level Contract Support Specialist to provide acquisition and contract administration support to VA under NCO 23.

You will assist Contracting Officers, specialists, and program offices through the full lifecycle from planning to closeout, ensuring compliance with FAR/VAAR and federal policies. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with pre- and post-award activities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex procurement

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three (3) recent years of relevant federal acquisition experience within the last five years providing comprehensive acquisition or contract support services.
• Experience supporting both pre-award and post-award federal acquisition activities.
• Strong knowledge of the FAR, VAAR, and applicable federal procurement policies and procedures.
• Experience reviewing or developing procurement requirements and acquisition packages.

Aufgaben

• Support Contracting Officers and Contract Specialists through the full federal acquisition lifecycle, including planning, solicitation, award, administration, modification, and closeout.
• Review procurement requirements for completeness and compliance with regulations.
• Develop acquisition documentation and assist with IGCEs.
• Analyze regulations, market data, and pricing to support decisions.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on acquisition strategies and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain acquisition schedules and program controls.
