Qualifications
- 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience in cranes or heavy equipment.
- Advanced FEA experience, ANSYS strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, Inventor, or Creo.
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder; travel up to 10%.
Responsibilities
- Run FEA simulations (linear, nonlinear, buckling, fatigue).
- Analyze crane structures and lifting components.
- Create 3D models and drawings in SolidWorks, Inventor, or Creo.
- Lead mechanical design from concept to field deployment.
- Prepare reports, test plans, and work packs for fabrication.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design reviews.
