Job summary

Oklahoma Department Of Human Services in Enid, Oklahoma is hiring a Family Services Specialist I/II to support Adult and Family Services programs. Qualifications

• Level I requires two years of experience in administrative support, recordkeeping, customer service, or client service in relevant environments or an equivalent combination substituting college hours for experience.
• Level II requires a bachelor’s degree; or an associate’s degree plus two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination substituting years of experience for degree; or two years of experience as a Family Services Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing and processing electronic applications and renewals for all AFS programs (SNAP, CHILD CARE, MEDICAL).
• Interpreting and applying policy and procedures and documenting casework.
• Providing first contact resolution for clients via phone and online platforms.
