Qualifications

• Equivalency: 30 semester hours for each year of required experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is required for Level II; Associate’s degree plus two years experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Interview, process electronic applications and renewals for AFS programs (SNAP, Child Care, Medical).
• Interpret and apply policy and procedures; document casework clearly; perform complex tasks.
• Provide first contact resolution via phone and virtual eligibility center.
