One Medical is a leading virtual care provider seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join the Virtual Medical Team. This full-time remote role supports patients via telehealth, including video, phone, and email follow-ups, with ongoing clinical rounds and team collaboration.

Applicants must have an accredited FNP program with national certification, IL licensure, and weekend availability. The position emphasizes human-centered care and integrative, technology-enabled primary care.

Qualifikationen

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• Currently licensed in IL with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required).
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visits, and email follow-ups.
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Apply your clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual care.
