PrimeAcademics is a boutique academic tutoring and consulting firm serving families in New York City and beyond. We seek a warm, highly organized Family Relations Coordinator to deliver personalized, high-touch experiences and ensure no detail or family falls through the cracks.

You’ll be the primary day-to-day contact for families after their initial consultation, guiding them through next steps, coordinating communication, and handling questions thoughtfully and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new families and guide onboarding, tutoring matches, scheduling, and next steps.
• Respond to questions and follow-up items with thoughtful, prompt communication.
• Coordinate tutor sourcing, matches, and introductions, maintaining tutor network.
• Check in with families and tutors to ensure progress and address changes.
• Maintain accurate family records in Prime’s systems and keep the team informed.
• Support founder with special projects and referral networks supporting new families.
