Job summary

Prime Academics is seeking a warm, highly organized Family Relations Coordinator who thrives on building strong relationships with families and coordinating multiple moving parts. You will onboard new families, manage communications, coordinate tutor matching, scheduling, and follow‑ups, and ensure no detail falls through the cracks.

This remote role offers flexible hours with occasional in‑person NYC-area meetings, and opportunities to contribute to special projects while supporting

Qualifications

• Experience in tutoring or education-related client services is valuable.
• Strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and discretion.
• Ability to manage multiple families and tutors with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new families and guide onboarding, schedule steps, and respond to questions.
• Build ongoing relationships through proactive check-ins and evolving needs.
• Source and screen prospective tutors; maintain tutor network.
• Check in with tutors on progress and flag follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate family records and track outstanding items.
• Support founder and lead special projects and referral networks.
