Job summary

Prepory Coaching Group in the United States is seeking a Former Admissions Officer (Account Manager) to nurture the relationship between Prepory and families, from orientation calls to final admissions decisions. You will own client success, coordinating with coaches and leadership to ensure families receive the promised experience.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a selective college or university (top-50 national university or top-20 liberal arts college preferred).
• 3+ years in college admissions, admissions consulting, or closely related field.
• Detailed knowledge of the U.S. college admissions process and currency with changes.
• Experience in customer success, client engagement, account management, or consultative sales.
• Experience mentoring or developing others, formally or informally.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Own the family relationship from orientation through final admissions decisions.
• Run new student orientations and parent check-ins, translating progress into actionable terms.
• Escalate concerns early and coordinate with the Client Success Director when needed.
• Mentor admissions coaches on client communication and handling difficult conversations.
• Grow the relationship with renewals, add-on programming, and referrals.
• Maintain a caseload of up to 15 students and manage deadlines.
