Qualifications

• Customer service or consultative background is a plus, not required.
• Comfort with virtual meetings and digital tools (e.g., Zoom).
• Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam.
• Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Service-minded, mission-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting client relationships and deliver client-centered service.
• Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss needs and enrollments.
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication.
