Qualifications

• Strong customer service or consultative experience preferred.
• Own reliable internet and a Windows laptop with webcam.
• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting client relationships.

• Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication.
• Take part in continued mentorship and team development.
• Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients.
