Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Strong foundation in mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Aufgaben

• Design Fall Protection products and components using engineering principles and 3D CAD software.
• Create and maintain detailed engineering drawings, models, and bills of materials under established drawing control processes.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including concept development, prototyping, and design iteration.
• Perform basic engineering calculations related to structural integrity, load paths, and Fall Protection performance.
• Collaborate with testing and certification partners to prepare products for validation and compliance.
• Assist with Instruction for Use (IFU) content and technical documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from the Global Engineering Director, Product Management, and other stakeholders.
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of existing products.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales to ensure designs meet customer and business needs.
• Contribute to intellectual property documentation and technical support materials as needed.
