Job summary

Search Masters, Inc. designs fall protection and safety products in the construction industry.

The engineer will create and update CAD models, drawings, and design files, and collaborate with international vendors and testing facilities on prototypes and production samples. The role involves supporting product testing, preparing technical data for manuals and labels, and helping improve performance, durability, and usability while maintaining design documentation and providing technical support

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in mechanical/product design.
• Experience in product development or design with manufacturing awareness.
• Strong CAD/design skills with emphasis on safety products.

Responsibilities

Key Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in product development or product design, with a solid understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes.
• CAD and design experience (Autodesk Inventor preferred).
