SureWerx in Houston is seeking a Fall Protection Design Engineer to design and develop safety-focused products, collaborating with Global Engineering and Product Management to meet rigorous standards. This role offers growth in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to contribute to NPI, documentation, and cross-functional testing.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required; experience with SolidWorks or Inventor preferred; strong communication and problem-solving skills are
Strong foundation in mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
Experience with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar preferred)

We are seeking a Fall Protection Design Engineer to join our growing design engineering team. Reporting to the Global Engineering Director, Fall Protection & PPE, you will design and develop Fall Protection products that meet rigorous safety, performance, and regulatory standards. Working closely with the Global Engineering Director and cross-functional partners, you will contribute to new product development, product enhancements, and technical documentation that support our global Fall Protection portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanical engineer who is early in their career and eager to build deep expertise in safety-critical product design.
