CrowdStrike is seeking a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant to lead deployment, implementation, and ongoing support of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and related applications. You will engage customers from planning through installation, optimize utility, and provide post-deployment support across diverse environments.

The role requires 8+ years in IT deployments, strong cross-platform knowledge, and the ability to mentor others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/CE with 8 years of deployment experience
• Strong deployment technologies knowledge
• Experience across Windows, Mac, and Linux
• Experience mentoring team members

Responsibilities

• Provide deployment of CrowdStrike Falcon platform and apps
• Assist with operationalizing all Falcon modules
• Troubleshoot issues across small to large enterprises
• Develop scripting and solutions using Falcon APIs
• Plan customer projects and coordinate with IT teams
