Job summary

AAPC is seeking a Faculty Manager for its Training department to lead and develop a team of faculty delivering Instructor Led Training. This role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and impactful education leadership to improve outcomes for students and organizations served by AAPC.

The ideal candidate has certification and teaching experience in corporate training, with strong verbal and written skills and proficiency in Office tools.

Qualifications

• Current and valid AAPC Certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years relatable experience.
• Prior experience teaching online preferred.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and mentor Faculty.
• Conduct regular Faculty Team Meetings.
• Perform Faculty observations and evaluations with feedback.
• Assist Director Of Education in Faculty schedule development.
• Provide curriculum related feedback to Director of Education.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise to Faculty.
• Ensure quality student academic and attendance advisement by faculty.
• Supervise student survey completion, distribution and action plans for faculty based on results.
• Manage Faculty professional development.
• Provide timely reports and feedback on faculty performance.
