Job summary

Warehouse Anywhere is hiring a Remote Facility Manager to provide second-line sales support, daily administrative oversight, and exception handling for self-storage facilities across the network.

You will manage third-party inbound leads, adjust offers within policy, and ensure timely lease documentation, insurance compliance, and critical communications. The role requires strong organization and multi-channel coordination.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in sales support, customer service, leasing, property management, or related operations.
• Ability to manage escalated customer or sales situations with sound judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with cloud-based CRM, property management, and task-management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as second-line sales and admin support for escalated opportunities.
• Handle manager-requested calls or escalated customer interactions.
• Modify rates and extend approved offers within policy.
• Document outcomes and next steps in the systems.
• Escalate requests outside pricing, policy, or authority.
• Directly manage inbound leads from SpareFoot and similar channels.
• Maintain daily lead outreach and cadence until disposition.
• Document lead source, attempts, offers, and outcomes.
• Identify recurring lead issues and escalate with details.
• Manage daily emails, voicemails, inquiries, and tasks.
• Log and resolve or escalate items by end of day.
• Keep accurate records across systems for visibility.
• Prioritize work by impact, delinquency timing and risk.
• Monitor payments and follow up on autopay failures.
• Complete contact cadence for accounts past due.
• Send pre-late-fee notices and document communications.
• Monitor overlock and auction status.
• Escalate non-standard actions to leadership.
